Each month we highlight one of the dozens of online resources available in our Digital Library Branch through our Digital Service of the Month. For January, we’re featuring EBSCO Discovery Service, a leading provider of research databases, e-journals and e-books.
You can access EBSCO Discovery Service by using the research button on the Library’s homepage search feature or by clicking on the EBSCO icon on our Digital Library Branch. Either way, you’ll be connected with more than 70,000 publishers for your next school, work or personal research project!
In addition to essays, articles, reports and books, EBSCO Discovery Service also includes photographs, diagrams, maps, architect renderings and other digital images, along with dissertations and theses, primary source materials, and audio and video files.
Users have unlimited access on any device, with no Library card needed. If you’d like to save the articles, images, eBooks and other materials you found for quick access later, simply create a free EBSCO account using your first name and email address. Then add the items to your EBSCO folder.
