The Library is seeking its first Director of Development and Community Engagement. This position is an exceptional opportunity for the right individual to join a growing library known for innovation and personal service. Based in a thriving community, the library is in the process of constructing a second location and expanding its service offerings.
The ideal candidate will be able to develop strategies to reach fundraising goals as well as work with HMMPL’s Administration and Marketing Teams to create and coordinate community engagement opportunities that increase awareness of and engagement with the Library. This individual should have an aptitude for creating community partnerships and developing and cultivating a donor database.
