We are excited to promote a special partnership between the HMMPL and the Versiti BloodMobile to host a blood donation drive.
This is a wonderful opportunity for our community to come together and contribute to a cause that saves lives.

Mark your calendars for Monday, June 17, and join us at one of the following locations:
- Whitestown Branch: 2:30 PM – 6:30 PM
- Zionsville Branch: 3:30 PM – 6:30 PM
The BloodMobile will be parked at the Library parking lot, making it easy for you to stop by and donate blood.

Why Donate Blood?
Donating blood is one of the simplest yet most impactful ways to help others. Every donation can save up to three lives, making it an invaluable gift to those in need. Blood donations are crucial for surgeries, cancer treatments, chronic illnesses, and traumatic injuries. Despite advances in medical science, there is no substitute for human blood, and the need for donations is constant. The need for Type O blood is especially critical.
How to Prepare
- Hydrate: Drink plenty of water before your appointment.
- Eat Well: Have a healthy meal prior to donating.
- Bring ID: A form of identification is required.
- Rest: Make sure to get a good night’s sleep before donating.
