For 20 Days you can Erase $20 in overdue fines!
We’re helping families in need!
The first 20 days in March, the library will erase $1 in overdue fines owed to the Hussey-Mayfield Library when “paid” with a nonperishable food item. Up to $20 may be forgiven per Library account. Only overdue fines owed to Hussey-Mayfield are eligible for this program; lost and damaged fees may not be erased with a food donation.
No overdue fines? That’s okay, we’ll still accept your donations to the Food Pantry! Drop off bags of food and cleaning supplies at either Circulation Desk.
All food and cleaning supply donations will directly benefit the Zionsville Food Pantry, located at Zionsville Presbyterian Church.
The top most-needed items are:
- Canned chicken
- Boxed dinner mixes
- Rice mixes
- Cereal and Granola bars
- Peanut Butter
- Canned fruit
- Heat-and-serve canned meals – soups, ravioli, etc…
- Fruit juices
- Baking supplies – cooking oil, flour, sugar, etc…
- Brownie mixes
- Pudding
