The Director of Finance will provide financial leadership to the library by directing and managing the financial, accounting, budget, grants, gifts, and special fund functions for the department, and ensuring efficient, accurate, and responsive operations. Services will include, but not be limited to, preparing and monitoring budgets, long and short-term fiscal planning, monitoring proper internal controls, submitting the Annual Financial Report on to Gateway, supervising the full-time bookkeeper, and oversight of system-wide fiscal management. This position’s assigned primary library location is at the Zionsville Branch.

The Teen and Adult Services Library Assistant at Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library is responsible for developing, promoting, and implementing diverse programs and services for teens and adults in the community. The Library Assistant works to foster a love of reading, support lifelong learning, and create a welcoming environment where teens and adults can explore their interests, access resources, and participate in community events. This role involves active collaboration with library staff, local organizations, and patrons to enhance the library’s services and collections for these age groups. This position’s assigned primary library location is at the Zionsville Branch. This position is scheduled primarily on nights and weekends.
