International Observe the Moon Night

International Observe the Moon Night

Join us at Mulberry Fields in Zionsville, Sat., Oct. 21, at 7:30 PM, as we celebrate International Observe the Moon Night!

The Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library has registered with NASA to be an official host for a viewing event this year with the help of our friends from the Indiana Astronomical Society. Come and speak with professional astronomers, observe the moon through a telescope and participate in a moon-inspired craft for all ages. As an extra little boost to get you through the chilly evening, we’ll be providing hot chocolate!

Join us an hour early, at 6:30 PM, to participate in a fascinating info-session on “Owls of Indiana” by the Zionsville Nature Center!

Registration is requested so we can plan crafts and refreshments accordingly. We can’t wait to see you there!
