Join former Indianapolis Mayor and published author Greg Ballard at the inaugural Whitestown Writers Group meeting Saturday, June 1 at 1 PM in the Community Room at HMMPL’s Whitestown Branch.
Ballard will lead this dynamic platform for writers of all backgrounds and genres which will meet on the first and third Saturdays of each month. Through regular meetings, attendees will have the opportunity to share their work, receive constructive feedback, and refine their craft alongside fellow enthusiasts.
Ballard is the author of The Ballard Rules: Small Unit Leadership, a nonfiction business book that he self-published in 2005, and Less oil or more caskets: the national security argument for moving away from oil, published by Indiana University Press in 2016.
