Library patrons can now access the Library printer using their mobile device or laptop. Choose from three simple options to print your emails, attachments, documents and more on the Library printer located on the second floor near the Teen & Adult Reference Desk.
Print by Email
Use this option to print email messages and attachments.
- For black and white printing, forward your email messages to hmmpl-main-bw@printspots.com.
- For color printing, forward your email messages to hmmpl-main-color@printspots.com.
Then proceed to the Library Print Station.
Print by Mobile App
Use this option to print documents, photos, email messages or webpages.
- Download and install the free PrinterOn app from your device’s app store.
- Open the app and select the printer icon at the bottom left of the screen.
- Select the search option in the lower right corner and enter “Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library.” Choose either “Color” or “Black and White.”
- Then select your option for printing. NOTE: You will be asked to allow permission for the app to access your documents and photos in order to print either of those options. For email, you will need to set up your email account on the app. For a webpage, you can simply browse to the page you want to print.
- After you select “Print” in the lower right corner, you’ll be prompted to enter your email address.
Then proceed to the Library Print Station.
To save the printer for next time via the PrinterOn app, select the printer icon again and choose “Save” in the upper left corner. If you want to use a different printer, select the old printer name at the bottom of the screen and then begin another search.
Print by Web Portal
Use this option to print a document from a desktop computer or laptop.
- Visit https://www.printeron.net/hmmpl/main.
- Select the printer, enter your email address and find your document.
- Select the green printer icon at the bottom right of the screen and your document will automatically enter the print queue.
Then proceed to the Library Print Station.
