VOX™ Books, which feature a permanently attached audio button that transforms a print book into an all-in-one read-along without the need for internet!  Materials for a Parks & Nature collection will be added as well!

Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library at our Whitestown Branch is kicking off gala season with fancy dresses and funky sneakers as we host our first fundraising event in the new building.

Color Our World Gala showcases how creativity starts at the Library!

On May 31st, 2025, in partnership with Kicasso Sneaker Art Bar, we will show off  50 pairs of custom designed sneakers, highlighting the famous, and the famous to us!  These creations, in addition to auction, fund an item, food, drinks, music and games, will enable us to provide vital programming, resources, and services that make our Library a hub for connection and learning.

The event is for adults 21+ to get dressed up, have fun and wear your sneakers!

Planned Giving

Create a legacy with a planned gift. A planned gift to HMMPL makes a lasting impact and also may provide valuable tax savings and other benefits for the donor. Donations of all sizes are welcome and can be tailored to your financial goals. Your planned gift can be designated to programs, services or other library features that you find meaningful. You can also choose to make an unrestricted gift that will be directed to the most current or urgent needs at the time of donation.

Branch Leadership Donor

Take part in our leadership giving by making a gift of $2,500 and be recognized with a personalized book title on our donor wall, created by local wood artist A.J. Schnell. Gifts can be broken down into annual or monthly payment options. Donate today to reserve your engraved book.
