Nov 03, 2025 New Community Pantry
Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library has partnered with community member, Jenn Davison and her family to provide a Nourishing Network Community Pantry at the Whitestown Branch.
At Whitestown Branch
Located at the front of the Branch at 6310 Albert S. White Drive, Whitestown, IN 46075, this small outdoor pantry is the beginning of a community network that Jenn has created called the “Nourishing Network”. Her goal is to help residents assist each other by providing a judgement-free option to donate and receive shelf-stable, non-perishable foods and personal hygiene supplies.
Self-Serve Pantry
This self-serve pantry box is available 24/7 for anyone with a need. Simply drop by and browse the boxes for what you need. Community members who are interested in donating non-perishable food, paper and personal care products, diapers, wipes, or feminine hygiene items, may drop donations off either in the boxes or with staff at the public service desk. New donations should be unexpired and able to withstand heat or cold since the box is located outside. Consider giving what you would want to receive. We are grateful for all contributions, and the care community members have already shown for their neighbors. Now that the need for donated food has increased and with the holidays fast approaching, we encourage everyone to consider donating to this needed community resource.
Thank You
The Davison Family built and donated the wooden pantry box and loaded it with its initial offerings. HMMPL is grateful to Jenn Davison and her family for their kindness.
