May 11, 2021 Friends of the Library Book Sale This Weekend, May 14-15, 2021!
The Friends of the Hussey-Mayfield Memorial Public Library are excited to host their first book sale since February 2020 this Friday and Saturday, May 14th and 15th! The sale will look a bit different than their usual sales, but harkens back to their original book sales held annually at the Zionsville Fall Festival in Lions Park. It’s going to be a Sidewalk Book Sale and will be outdoors at the 5th Street library entrance. Hours for the sale are 9 am to 4 pm both days, with the popular “Bag Sale” between 2 – 4 pm on Saturday with a bag of books costing just $5! The bags are provided by the Friends of the Library. There will be some specially priced books and some collectibles available for purchase in addition to the regularly priced books, DVDs, and audiobooks for various ages. If it is raining, the rain date will be the following weekend, May 21st & 22nd. Come get some great deals on summer reading materials as you get ready for the Library’s Summer Reading Program, which you can register for now!
